Returns / Exchange
◾️Returns accepted within 14 days

◾️Refunds will be issued as store credit

All return / exchange inquiries must be made within 2 weeks of purchase. Please contact us prior to shipping any order back to us.
Please note:
- Any discounted items are not eligible for return / exchange (ex. Fivestars point discout, Coupon)

All Blind Box purchases are FINAL — Return or Refund are not accepted for any reason once the item has been purchased
Cancel Order
Online order: Free cancellation before shipment. Please contact us from the contact form.
Store-pickup order: Free cancellation within 2 weeks of order date.
After that, a 15% cancellation fee will apply:

If the item is not picked up within two weeks without prior notice.

If there is no response or communication regarding the pickup.

Refunds
If returning an item for personal reasons:
Even if “Free Shipping” was selected at the time of purchase, the original shipping cost is non-refundable. In such cases, both the original shipping cost and the return shipping cost are not refunded.
Items must be returned in original, unused condition with all original packaging to qualify for a full refund. Items that are used, damaged, or missing original packaging may be subject to a restocking fee or may not be eligible for a full refund.
Returns without prior notice or approval may not be accepted.
Others
We reserve the right to cancel the order and refuse refunds/returns in the following cases:
- There is a problem with credit card information
- Multiple purchases of the same item
- Return an item that is different from the one you received
We will strictly deal with resale, unjustifiable dispute, intentional return different items, and any other fraudulent activities.
