All return inquiries must be made within 2 weeks of receipt of the item. Please contact us prior to shipping any order back to us.
If an item arrived damaged, or the wrong item was sent, we will issue a full refund. If a return does not fall into those categories, the item will be inspected once received back, and will be refunded accordingly, excluding shipping costs.
Please note that even if "Free Shipping" was selected for an order, we cannot refund the cost of shipping out your order to you. In this case, shipping costs and return shipping costs would not be refunded. Please keep in mind that items not in original condition are not eligible for a full refund and will incur a restocking fee.
