Order Cancellation Request:

  • Please provide your order ID "MAN00000" and reason for cancellation.
  • Cancellation for pre-orders will be accepted free of charge until the product arrives at the store. After items arrive, cancellation orders cannot be accepted.
  • Repeated order cancellations may result in cancellation fees.
    Account suspension may also apply.
Pre-Order for BANDAI products:
  • The exact release date in the U.S. is unknown and typically occurs 2-3 months later than the release date in Japan. Please refer to the Estimate Shipping Month on the product detail page.
  • The Estimate Delivery Month might be subject to change or delay due to circumstances related to manufacturing or the US distributor.
  • Payment for pre-order items is charged at checkout.
