When pre-order product will be shipped?

The exact arrival date of pre-order items are unknown. Please check the "Estimate Shipping Date: " on each product detail page.
we will make an announce on our website and social media as soon as we know the arrival date of the product.

Which shipping methods are available?

All USPS and UPS services are available. You may also choose to upgrade from First Class to Priority during checkout if you would like your order to arrive faster.

To which countries do you ship?

Shipping is available to all U.S. addresses.
International shipping is available to Canada only.

How much are shipping costs?

Shipping costs vary depending on the weight of the package and the location it is being shipped to. Available shipping methods and their costs will be shown during the checkout process.

Are packages insured?

Usually, only Priority Mail packages are insured in case of non-delivery by the USPS. However, you can add insurance to any order. Please bear in mind there is an additional fee to do this.

Can I pick up orders at the store?

Yes, all orders are able to be picked up at our store in San Diego. Our address is as follows

When placing your order, please make sure to select “Store Pick-up” as your shipping method. You can come pickup anytime store hours once you receive "ready for pickup notification".

How long will it take to ship out the order?

Orders are processed every day and are shipped out Monday through Saturday. All orders received before 10 AM PST will be shipped out on the same day, while orders received after 10 AM PST will ship out the next business day.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayPal, Venmo, as well as debit cards and all major credit cards, i.e. VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

When multiple pre-order items will be shipped?

For orders including "Pre-Order items", it is shipped out when all products are ready. Please check the estimate shipping month on each product detail pages.

What is a separate shipping option?

You can choose "Separate shipping option" with extra shipping cost if you want to receive in-stocked items before pre-order items are available. ( The cost depends on box size and weight)

When pre-order is charged?

For pre-orders, it is charged when you check out.

How can I cancel pre-order?

To cancel an order, please go to Contact Us

- Pre-order cancellation can be accepted until the item arrives at the store.

Paint Question

Do I need anything besides the paint to start?

Yes, vinyl paint thinner is required and mixed with paint in order to use. Please use Vinyl Paint Thinner; do not use other thinners

Can air brush be used with Mad Ape paints?

Yes, both air brush and regular brush can be used.

Can paints be shipped out overseas?

Yes, paint can be shipped overseas. The only thing is vinyl paint thinner can't be sipped overseas.

Do you have more metallic colors?

At the moment, silver and gold are the only metallic shades we offer. But, you can make any other shade metallic by mixing it with either gold or silver, depending on the shade you want to achieve.
