Frequently Asked Questions

What are Smiski and why are they popular among collectors?

Smiski are small glow-in-the-dark figures from Japan known for their quirky, hidden poses in everyday spaces. They have become popular because of their playful mystery and calming aesthetic, especially among fans of Japanese blind-box collectibles. Each figure feels like a small surprise companion that adds charm to shelves or display setups.

Can I choose a specific Smiski figure or design when ordering?

No, individual Smiski figures cannot be selected in advance because they are packaged as blind boxes. The design inside is random and sealed by the manufacturer. This is what makes collecting SMISKI fun, as each box gives you a surprise addition to your collection.

Do Smiski figures glow in the dark right out of the box?

Yes, these figures are designed with glow-in-the-dark material that activates after exposure to light. Placing them under natural or artificial light helps them absorb brightness, allowing them to softly glow in darker environments.

Do Smiski figures have hidden or secret designs in each series?

Yes, many series of these collectibles include secret or rare figures that are not commonly found in every blind box. These hidden designs are part of what makes collecting more exciting, as they add an extra layer of surprise beyond the standard lineup. Finding one often feels like a special bonus in a collection.

Do Smiski figures require any special care to maintain their glow?

Smiski figures do not require special maintenance, but they glow best after being exposed to light for a period of time. You may also want to avoid placing them in areas with heavy dust buildup to preserve their appearance over time.
